I was part of a small team at R/GA charged with designing Verizon's new Digital Assistant.

Following its creation, I contracted directly with Verizon to refine the motion design and customer experience related to the Assistant, as well as to develop internal brand presentations.

As Senior Designer III in a contract role at Verizon, I contributed to the Digital Assistant Team by providing UX Design & Motion.

My role involved creating prototypes and motion solutions for various user flows within the My Verizon App and My Verizon Online, enhancing the digital experience through interactive and expressive designs.

In collaboration with R/GA, I designed motion graphics for marketing materials, social media campaigns, and branding guidelines for Verizon designers.
